This is the fourth building for the Nevada State College, located in Henderson, Nevada. Along with classroom and administrative offices for the School of Education, the building includes a Speech Pathology Lab and an Early Childhood Center. This facility is critical in addressing our shortage of child care professionals, speech therapists, and teachers.

I started with this project at the beginning of Design Development and will be managing it through Construction, with an anticipated completion in summer of 2021. Along with maintaining budget and schedule as the owner’s representative, responsibilities have included contract coordination and detailed documentation reviews at each phase.
