2008 to 2010
I was the sole employee, draftsman and staff architect in a three person firm working on commercial office and retail renovations, residential remodels, and new homes. I prepared almost all of the drawings and construction documents, and assisted in schematic design, consultant coordination, and construction administration. We also worked on various illustrative master plans, developer tenant studies and calculations, and marketing materials.
