Originally a church, the existing 4,500 sf house had a grand central space but small bedrooms scattered in different parts of the house. The renovation added a second story, reorganizing the house with generous bedrooms and a sound isolated music playroom.

Located in a historic district, this 1,500 sf project received a “Houston Heights Association Community Improvement Award for Restoration.”
